NodifyHost may technically process customer-hosted content as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide and maintain the hosting service;
• Store and transmit information;
• Create or restore backups;
• Respond to customer support requests;
• Diagnose technical problems;
• Investigate security incidents;
• Investigate abuse reports;
• Enforce our Terms of Service; and
• Comply with applicable law.

NodifyHost does not routinely inspect private customer files. Access may occur where reasonably necessary for service operation, customer-requested support, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of our agreements.

12. Data Retention

NodifyHost retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

The appropriate retention period may depend on:

Suspension and deletion schedules may vary according to the product, billing status, infrastructure platform, technical configuration, and applicable legal requirements.

Customers are responsible for downloading and maintaining independent backups before canceling a service or allowing an invoice to become overdue.

Once an automated deletion process has completed, the deleted service data may be permanently unrecoverable.

14. User-Requested Account and Data Deletion

Users may submit an account and eligible personal-data deletion request through the data-management controls available in their account settings.

Available account controls may allow a user to request account deletion, review the status of a deletion request, or manage eligible account information.

Before processing a request, NodifyHost may require the user to confirm account ownership, re-authenticate, verify an email address, or provide other information reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Completing an account-deletion request may result in:

• Loss of access to the customer account;
• Cancellation or termination of active services;
• Deletion of eligible profile information;
• Deletion of eligible service data;
• Removal of active sessions and access credentials; and
• Loss of data that cannot later be recovered.

NodifyHost may retain limited information after a deletion request where reasonably necessary for:

Information contained in backups may remain until the applicable backup expires, is overwritten, or is securely deleted under our backup-rotation schedule.

Information retained in a backup will generally not be restored for ordinary business use unless restoration is required for security, disaster recovery, legal compliance, or another legitimate purpose.

You should notify NodifyHost promptly if you believe your account or service has been accessed without authorization.

The server location selected for a hosting service does not necessarily determine where all account, billing, support, security, or backup information is processed.

Users who are below the legal age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to create and use an account.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent required billing, security, account, or service communications.

22. Automated Security and Fraud Tools

NodifyHost may use automated systems to identify suspicious orders, unusual account activity, malware, abuse, payment risk, attacks, or possible violations of our Terms of Service.

These systems may evaluate information such as IP addresses, transaction details, account history, device information, login events, network activity, and risk signals received from service providers.

Automated results may lead to additional verification, temporary restrictions, delayed provisioning, manual review, or other security measures.

NodifyHost does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or data-handling practices of independent third parties.
